At MixoolCar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our Refund and Returns Policy outlines the steps to return or exchange your products, as well as information on refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Non-returnable items: Certain products, such as customized or personalized items, cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@mixoolcar.com or call us at (320) 259-8750 to notify us of your return request. Please include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documents that came with it. Please include the RMA number on the outside of the return package.
  4. Ship the Item: Ship the return item to the address provided by our customer service team. Please ensure that the return shipment is trackable, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit.

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Restocking Fees: Certain items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, depending on the condition of the returned item. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Non-refundable Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label for you to send the item back to us, and we will offer either a replacement or a full refund.

  • Proof of Damage: For damaged items, please provide photos of the damage when you contact us. This will help us expedite the return process.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, you must return the original item and place a new order for the replacement item.

6. Shipping for Returns

  • Customer’s Responsibility: Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
